Cancellations
For orders over $100, if you need to cancel an order where a deposit or full payment has been made, you must cancel 7 days in advance for a full refund. For orders over $200, if you need to cancel an order where a deposit or full payment has been made, you must cancel 14 days in advance for a full refund. For cancellations outside of the window mentioned, a refund may be negotiated but is not guaranteed depending upon business operations.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel orders at our discretion in which case a full refund will be issued.
Refund times are contingent upon Square processing times. Refunds will not be issued in cash even when cash is paid.
consultations & Inquiries
Please review the website before contacting us with inquiries. Consultations are included with all Sweet G.O.A.T™ Sweets Tables. Consultations are not included with standard orders, they do take time and can be added on to any order for an additional cost.
delivery
Delivery can be prearranged for special circumstances but will incur additional costs.
deposits and payments
All electronic orders will be invoiced and paid through Square. Cash orders will be invoiced and paid IN FULL in advance. Deposits of 50% will be required for all orders over $100.
discounts
All tax-exempt businesses must present a tax exempt certificate to be kept on file for taxes to be waived.
freshness guarantee
All sweets are hand made fresh from scratch for each personalized order. We do not keep items in stock.
Sales tax
Menu prices do not reflect final costs, which will include sales taxes at the current rate.
Service Time
Given part time hours, please allow a minimum of 3 days for basic orders. Consider a minimum of 7 full days for more. Rush orders are not accepted.
Special Orders
Special orders are our specialty. Looking for something you don't see, just ask!
